Reducing energy consumption is a key component of our sustainability strategy:

• LED Lighting Conversion: We replaced all lighting on the property with energy-efficient LED bulbs, including the Tennis Court lights, lights in all public spaces, lodge suites, and outside sconces, all of this resulting in a significant reduction in our energy use.
• Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations: We installed two EV charging stations to support sustainable transportation, reduce carbon emissions, and promote eco-friendly travel for our members and guests.
• System Upgrades: The installation of high-efficiency chillers and optimized HVAC management have helped to lower our energy footprint.
• Guest Participation: Guests are encouraged to support our conservation efforts by turning off lights and reusing towels during their stay.
• Employee Participation: Our staff plays an active role in conservation efforts by following energy-saving best practices, such as minimizing unnecessary lighting, optimizing thermostat settings, and ensuring equipment is powered down when not in use. Regular training reinforces our commitment to sustainability.
